Firefox 46 breaks ClickOnce Extension (works again when revert to 45)

I am using the Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant to support ClickOnce applications (specifically Ajera from Axium). Firefox 46 stops this extension from working, even though it is reported as being enabled. Breaking applications is not a program improvement. Does anyone know a fix?
