User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 WOW64; in the User Agent string indicates the 32-bit version.

Wondows users downloading from www.mozilla.org will get the 32-bit Firefox so if you want 64-bit (Win64) Firefox then go to the Systems & Languages link which is www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Note the Win64 Firefox only has the 64-bit Flash Player and Silverlight Plugins white listed to run so if you want to use other Plugins with Firefox on Windows you will need to use the 32-bit Firefox and 32-bit Plugins.
