How do I get Forefox version 45.02 to save my security preferences
When I exit, I do not clear cookies or site preferences but my security preferences are reset as if I do. Is there a way to correct this?
Chosen solution
What preferences are you referring to?
Can you attach a screenshot?

- Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
- Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB
If you do not keep changes after a restart or otherwise have problems with preferences, see:
There is software like Advanced SystemCare with its Surfing Protection feature that can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen or hold down the Shift key) to see if that has effect.
