Hi Support, I normally can use the flash player without too many problems, but recently I have an issue that it NEVER works anymore. All websites which use the flash player for movies will now show that the flash player craches, every single time! This has never happened before for me. I have tried resetting firefox, reinstalling flash player to newest version, checking/unchecking the security option in the flash player security settings. Nothing works.

I am using Windows 7 by the way.

There is a support page from Mozilla about this problem.

Since your Flash Player is up-to-date according to the version number, you should try disabling the hardware acceleration (described in the support article).

I am unable to try disabling the hardware acceleration because the flash player crashes immediately. Hence there is nothing to right click on. I tried everything else, nothing works..any tips or ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Try to use the settings manager to disable the hardware acceleration. (click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Flash Player on Windows)
