Reading AOL mail in Firefox: font is tiny and hard to read.

Posted

For some reason, the text of my emails sent by AOL users has become very tiny and almost impossible to read. I have no idea why this has suddenly happened.

Hmm, possibly they are using a new template with a smaller font, but also possibly, your zoom level is off. Could you check that? Here's how:

Click the "3-bar" menu button and look for the row with the zoom controls:

- | 100% | +

The central value shows the current zoom level, and if you click it, it resets to 100%. The + button enlarges text.

You also can use the keyboard to increase, decrease, or reset the zoom level: hold down the Ctrl key and tap + , - , or 0 (that's a zero).
