I do not know if I need that program, but it is not on my add-ons so I must have installed it sometime if it gets listed in the Program directory. Something I read from Mozilla tonight made me aware of it.

I would uninstall it if no idea if need it. Can always get back again (maybe) since not much about in a google search. It may have been added by something you installed. Suggest running Malwarebytes and Superantispyware and ADWcleaner and see if they pick this up as a bad program.
