Can't get SEO quake extension on toolbar. Tried customizing.
I used to have the SEO quake extension appearing in my toolbar with all the other extensions. One day I noticed it was gone and I was not been able to get it back on there. I have tried customizing, resetting defaults, removing and reinstalling, changing provacy settings. Nothing seems to work.

I see from your Question Details > More System Details that the SEO Quake extension is enabled. Does the toolbar show on the toolbar list? Here's where to check:
To turn different bars on and off, you can use one of these methods to show the toolbar list and select the desired bars there:
- right-click a blank spot on the tab bar (or the "+" button)
- tap the Alt key to activate the classic menu bar > View > Toolbars
- in Customize mode > Show/Hide Toolbars (see: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars)
To turn on an add-on bar, the Menu Bar, Bookmarks Toolbar, or other bars, click it on the list. Any luck?
