known to be vulnerable and should be updated, update button doesnt work!
on the "about:addons" page, multiple items are marked in red, I click on the hyperlink 'update now', expecting to find some kind of update method. Instead I am presented with the "https://blocklist.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/p154" page, or the "https://blocklist.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/blocked/p1048" page, explaining why the plugin has been disabled. Valuable info, but not what was promised. Can we please make the "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/" page MUCH easier to find?
secondary problem, I tried to upload the first 'plugins.png' file of 136Kb. still spinning after 5 min. perhaps I will not be able to get the screen shots uploaded? DSL speed is 1184/488 Kbps.
I LOVE Firefox, and typically run it bare, just as installed, no customizing, no logging into carry my settings and favorites across the 20 or so computers I touch each week. Again, LOVE you guys, but I don't really want to take time on each box to log-in, customize, or any other bells/whistles, just jumping quickly into what ever I need to tweak in my world, switches, routers, port forwarding, stuck print spooler, et-al and go have coffee till another problem pops up
Many Thanks!

Sometimes the pluginreg.dat file becomes corrupted. You can remove it and have Firefox re-scan for plugins. As a side effect, any plugins you have disabled on the Add-ons page probably will be re-enabled, so you'll need to go back to that page one more time.
Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.
Under the page logo on the left side you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To it’s right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.
Locate the pluginreg.dat file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

You can only attach image files in compressed JPG and PNG format.
You can upload text files to this website and post a link in a reply.

Yes, "Update now" would more logically lead to a download. Would you mind submitting the suggestion here, since suggestions tend to get lost in the support forum:
Okay, now that I click through to those pages, there are links to the plugin checker page in the first paragraph. Do the links work? In other words, if the plugin is blocked, does the plugin checker still detect them? If a plugin is not set to at least "Ask to Activate" it should be invisible to websites, including the plugin check site. In a case where the plugin has been set to "Never Activate", the notification page would better direct the user to the manufacturer than to plugin check, if possible.
