How to chut down subliminal messages on my browser?

I am receiving subliminal messages that I don't know where are coming from. Every certain time, I get a text message and a short sound. I reviewed the addons and there is nothing new. They started about a week ago. I think that should be installed from some of the websites I opened, because it happens only with the browser open. Can someone help me to find its origin? I have not idea what these messages are about, and I am worry. Please HELP!

You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Type about:support in the address bar and press Enter. Under the main banner, press the button; Copy Text To Clipboard.. Then in the reply box at the bottom of this page, do a right click in the box and select Paste. This will show us your system details. No Personal Information Is Collected.
