Hello, I normally use Firefox as my main browser when logging into our Aspera server to upload files. Aspera makes something called Aspera Connect (a free app/plug-in?) which works with browsers to allow upload, download, etc. while navigating to the various directory using your web browser. Anyhow, while I was away, I was logging into my PC with Team Viewer (from a tiny little 13 inch MacBook Air screen). I inadvertently clicked the wrong answer when Firefox was asking me if it should allow the Aspera Connect to launch. Now I cannot get it to launch whenever I log into our Aspera server. I can see the directories but I do not get the option to upload/download etc. because it will not launch Aspera Connect. As you can see from the screen capture in the light blue bar at the top, it gets stuck at "Trying to launch Aspera Connect..." and then the icon to the right just spins forever. I've searched every single tab in the Firefox settings to see how I could restore this but I can find nothing. Now I am forced to use Google Chrome (which I'd rather not) in order to login and upload/download to our Aspera Server. It seems to be spinning and spinning and I have a gigabit internet connection so... no idea if it's going to attach it or not.
