How can I stop the tabs at the top from moving out of sight?

The tabs move out of sight and to access them I move the mouse to the top of the page. Is there a way to stop that from happening?

Hi, you might be in Full Screen Mode. Point to the top of the screen then right click > Exit Full Screen Mode.
