I can access my gmail account on the web and on my mobile.

When I try to access my gmail account via mozilla I am asked for imap password and smtp password I have cancelled the Firefox synch password. I shall be grateful for all useful advice. I am non Technical. I don't know the difference nor the purpose of IMAP, SMTP or POP.

Now my mobile won't access my gmail account. The problem seems to be Incorrect password "Protocol imap" I cannot see any "Forgotten Password" Help
