I had to uninstall Firefox (SpeedBrowser would load when I opened), now Firefox won't install after several hours of loading. Is there a setting I need to fix

Hello yolanda.alexa, you have to uninstall the SpeedBrowser from your windows programs, go from Start/Windows > Control Panel > Uninstall a program > right-click any related to Speed Browser > Uninstall.

also please try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
