TLS if the server does not support the lower tls version, you can change the browser config to not do this, however it will do it for all other sites as well.

I also understand that this is happening to one page on a site compared to others.

First clear the history of this site to make sure its not an old cache entry causing the tls. (remove history, cookies, and certs by going to about:permission and clicking on "Forget this site")

Second restart Firefox. When you visit this page, do you still get the error?

There is a bug that will be changing how the tls fallback limit works in version 37 bug 1084025 so that this change will not be needed in the current Firefox Developer's Edition.

Because of the recent security issues, I would recommend trying the Developer's Edition or this add on: It is possible to force all sites into https with this add on: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../?src=search
