Dear Support, Pls kindly help me. My gmail didn't load properly, all buttons are still exist but there is no text displayed in the buttons (blank button). Buttons work properly, but i can't remember all functions in the blank view button. Roll over button such as LOG OUT and ADD ACCOUNT are missing. I can fixed the problem when i use the other browser such as google chrome.

I didn't realize when did it happen, i guess the problem came out after i cleanup up the recent history and individual cookies. I have tried to reset the firefox, restore default setting, clear cookies and history, restart firefox without addons, all those things still can't solve the problem.

Please update your Flash version and any other plugins that may help render media. I also understand that you have already tried to re-install and reset Firefox. Have you tried a new profile?

This might help tell if its a corruption in the profile. However it could also be a graphics issue please make sure that your webgl and graphics drivers are up to date: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"

Note that these settings affect background images.
