From certain web sites ( for example: https://tickets.paballet.org/Cart/Cart.aspx?prod_no=22026&utm_source=wordfly&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=15NutcrackerLastChanceDREAM30&utm_content=version_A#PageProduction) the 'ctrl + c' nor 'ctrl + a' do not work. If I 'save page as' and go to the file It works. Thank you.

The keyboard shortcuts cmd-a and cmd-c (I use Mac OS) work for me on that site.

I copied that line. Do you still have that problem in Firefox safe mode?

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.
