Firefox sent a message that the browser was working slowly and so I ran the fix. Now my Evernote clipping function is gone and I don't know how to get it back.

When you use the Reset feature, all your extensions are removed. You can reinstall the Evernote Web Clipper from the Add-ons site here:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/evernote-web-clipper/

Does that get you back to where you were?

If you need to recover data from the old profile then you can find that on the desktop in the "Old Firefox Data" folder.

When you reset Firefox then a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, form data) is automatically imported and the current profile folder will be moved to the desktop to an "Old Firefox Data" folder. Installed extensions and other customizations (toolbars, prefs) that you have made are lost and need to be redone.

It is possible to recover data from the old profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
