Since downloading the latest version of Thunderbird, I can no longer create a link in a text. I highlight the word I want the link to be associated with and click on "insert", "link" and when I attempt to paste the link in the link box, I get a message stating, "No named anchors or headings in the page". This problem started with the new download.

Chosen solution

Paste using 'Ctrl' + 'V'

Right click will only allow you to select 'named Anchors', so if you have not created any then you get the message 'No named anchors or headings in the page' otherwise you would get a pop-up showing the named anchors.
