how to uninstall a shopathome toolbar?

A pop-up was displayed on my computer & somehow a "shopathome.com" toolbar has been added & I do NOT want this. How can I delete this? I went into my programs, however, I do not see it! I would appreciate any input on getting this resolved.

You should Google your Utility Chest Installer Plugin. Obvious malware and possibly part of your shopathome problem.
