hyperlinks used to appear red when web page loaded, now I have to hover to show them, this is before the upgrade.

more options

For instance, before the upgrade, I used to log into jud.ct.gov. The hyperlinks to various publications and websites internal to jud.ct.gov used to appear in red so that I could easily see and select the one I wanted. Now they appear in white and I cannot see them unless I hover the mouse over the item. At that point it turns red so I can see which link to click.

Chosen solution

I just checked the options menu in XP. It's identical to Windows 7.

The relevant about:config entry should be browser.anchor_color. Just rightclick on it and reset.

That was a quick and easy fix! Thank you!

I am glad, because I really do not like Google Chrome. I prefer Mozilla

(legal disclaimer: Google Chrome is a good program, but my personal choice is Mozilla).
