So you ask a question to me and lock the thread at the same time. Do you want it answered or not? I'm confused as it wasn't rhetorical. Anyways I am a little pissed about it so here's your answer.

But first off. When you say I overreacted I think not. You first go to edit my post taking out almost all my words such as "hell" and then you go and use the word "ass". I don't know about you, but the word "ass" is much worse then word "hell". Then you say "If you start being an ass" which implies you already feel I'm am being this way, and that is what your view is of me. Your response to me is confusing as you say you didn't imply or say anything negative to me. When I clearly see as such. So did I overreact? I simply stated my dislike your comment, and that it no longer made me grateful for anything you where trying to do. I could have called you a hypocrite and few other things that came to mind, but I instead pointed out how stupid that comment was.

Now to your Question. As to why I am telling you this. Well it is simple. I looked up Mozilla support. I then clicked a product I wanted supported. I then said yes I would like to ask a question about it. I guess you guys are just lairs and don't even support firefox. All you really are is a FAQ. You guys mislead people and get angry because people are mislead. LOL this is beyond funny. Redo this website. It's a must. If I wanted a FAQ website I would have went to a firefox or mozilla wiki. You don't even understand why you mislead people and get these questions. Too funny. But hey I guess your just highjacking a fee name and calling yourselves the support guys. I hope these clears up why I even bother coming here. Trust me when I say I am done. With this section.

I only edited your original post to take out the profanity. I linked to the Mozilla Support rules and guidelines where it states: Do not use obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or excessively violent language.

I didn't imply anything. Honestly, for you to better understand what I meant. When I said "If you start being an ass", I don't know why I said "ass" in the first place. Mistake there. Anyway, I didn't imply anything and you were mis-informed by my comment. My comment was simply stating, don't be rude or disrespectful. That's honestly what I was thinking when I wrote it. So in full, the actual meaning of my response was, "If you start being rude, disrespectful, and insubordinate, I will lock this thread." Simple. If I offended you or anything, I sincerely apologize. It was never my intention to offend/disrespect you.

There's a lot of really intelligent people on here and the solution rate is really good. We try to supply accurate information here. If we make a mistake, we simply retract it and correct it.

This support site is completely volunteer-run and we're not hijacking anything. Mozilla set up this forum. This was (afaik) based of the mozillaZine forums where all Firefox questions were going previously. Contributors from mozillaZine transferred over here and set up the KB articles, etc. The site has gone through a makeover quite recently and it's getting updated constantly.

I hope I have answered everything and you don't take my comment to heart. I'll be closing this thread. IF you have anything to add, please PM me.
