hello devendrakumararya, first please Update Firefox to the latest release and also bring your plugins up-to-date and see if this already can address the issue.

otherwise please go trough the steps described in What to do if you can't download or save files

Please update the Flash plugin because the currently installed Flash 11.5 version is seriously outdated and has known security vulnerabilities.

For multi media files you usually need an extension.
