my buttons that I create or add to menu bar keep dissappearing?
This has happened quite a few times on me. When I add another toolbar, and add custom buttons to it, after a whiles, days, maybe weeks, they dissapear, along with the toolbar. Also if I just add them to the Menu bar, which has little room for them, they dissappear to. Toolbar and all!

There may be a problem with the file that stores toolbar customizations. Hopefully if you delete this file then reset your customizations they should stick. For details see either https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Toolbar+keeps+resetting or http://kb.mozillazine.org/Corrupt_localstore.rdf
