I am running FF3.6.12 and everything was working. I had to download java so that I could access an online auction and then FF quit recognizing the printer that had been working prior to java. FF tells me I need to load a printer and I follow the screens to load my network printer and when I print the test page it works. I then try to print ion FF and up pops the box telling me I need to load a printer and asking me to go through the same process again......

You can try "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
