Thunderbird is not picking up emails from sympatico server
Thunderbird has been receiving emails on my PC from Bell Sympatico for years, then suddenly stopped in July 2026 without my changing any settings, and I have to go to the Bell server instead.

- What error messages do you see? Please quote them precisely and in full. Screen shots would suffice.
- What Anti-Virus, other security software, or VPN do you use, if any?
