Microsof Outlook Web Login
Hello,
Not sure if posted under the right section.
Recently started having an issue trying to sign in to Microsoft Outlook (formally Hotmail) Web. I don't recall any changes i made or updates.
When i try to sign in, it opens a new tab and takes me back to the sign in page. This just continues.
Tried using MS Edge and don't have the issue.
So far tried Safe Mode which disabled add-ons, which are currently Add Block plus, and New Tab Override and the issue remains. Not sure if i tried the refresh option but i think it removes the extensions which is not the end of the world.
Added a few images, one shows duplicate tabs, which will continue
Firefox version 140.0.4 (64-bit)
Any ideas whats going

Yes, this has been happens for sometime, but I just drag and drop the shortcut from my bar in the pinned tab window. It keeps me in the same tab instead of opening a new one. see screenshot

Thanks for reply. I resolved the issue by refreshing Firefox which removed the extensions. I don't know why disabling them didn't help.
I may of miss worded my question, as should of said that when selecting sign in their was no option to add the username and password to sign in, and just selected a new tab. Trying to sign in again just opened a new tab and it just continually looped .
Just re added the 2 Extensions back and all is well.
