That isn't a Firefox browser issue but HP printer software issue that you need to contact their support about their software.

Pretty sure SWHelper is part of HP's software suite, like for updates or managing printer stuff. Not spamware, but if you didn’t expect it or don’t use the extra HP tools, you can probably skip it.
