How do i add in alot of addresses into my autofill address at one time?

I have to fill in reports for the same 762 customers constantly. I just updated to a new computer and all those saved address in my autofill didn't sync to my new pc. How can i mass upload the addresses back in?

I was hoping there would be an about:autofill or about:addresses text file i could copy the format from the few i entered and put the rest on the text file following the same pattern, if it exists but i couldn't see anything using about:about

I think this is a one-at-a-time add address. I don't see or recall something for mass address additions.
