why can't I get this website logisticsacp.com to show anything besides a grey screen

I need to use this website for scheduling for work. It only 'blinks' the log in screen and then everything turns grey. How do I fix this?

Does it work in any other browser?

They say that website will be unavailable.

it has something to do with the "javascript" - all other browsers do the same thing. it just blinks the login and then goes grey.

When i use Edge or Internet Explorer in "compatibility mode" it opens the login, then when I enter the credentials it does nothing
