I had someone breaking into a number of my accounts. They used my account to sign into Firefox. And I got an account authorization code, but I'm afraid to use the email in case it is them getting more info!!

I am sorry to hear that someone is using your accounts. I would suggest you change your passwords on all your accounts and ensure that each account password is different and hard to guess.
