Random dead freeze on new tab loadind. Only new tab. Mem test Ok. New profile, reinstall - no effects. Last version FF, win 10

It was hardware problem (MB and memory). On new PC all OK

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
All pages, all new tab generation (link, hotbar, "open in new tab"). Some random - one day all good, other day always problem. In safe mode untested (test will be later)

Then start Firefox.
Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
