For the tool bar I'm not sure what you mean by that as in extensions or bookmarks or what? For the google search engine do you mean typing in the URL bar a question and it opening up Google to do that its

Settings (3 dashed lines in the top right) > Options > In the middle top of the page there should be a search box > Search Engine > Default Search Engine and choose google
