Also, your Firefox reported itself as version 12 which is rather ancient now and unsafe to use on the web. Can you check your true version? For example, using either

  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (Firefox 29+) "3-bar" menu button > "?" help button > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

In the first table on the page, do you have a Version row with a larger number? If that's missing, could you copy/paste the Build ID into a reply?
