Need to load USSCWEBComponents to access camera remotely.
I cannot access my Hik-Vision security camera remotely unless I can load plugin file USSCWebComponents which Mozilla will notallow to be added. This is only a problem with Windows 10.

Firefox 52 and later releases only support the Shockwave Flash plugin and disable all other plugins. You can use the Firefox 52 ESR release if you need to use other plugins.

As a footnote, even though you have 64-bit Windows, you should stick with the regular 32-bit release of Firefox ESR. The reason: 64-bit Firefox ESR only runs Flash and Silverlight, so that won't help you solve the problem you want to solve.
