don't know what addon needed for video in blogger

I have a Blogger blog, and it won't play the videos I post to it. Have no idea what addon is needed. Error message attached. Blog found at http://life-birding-etc.blogspot.com/2017/01/birding-at-landfill.html

In the left column below Verde Valley Birding, that tiny slideshow needs Adobe Flash.
