Help for update says to click on the "menu: button. No such animal.
Why can I not find a way to update to the latest version? The help window suggests beginning by clicking on the "menu" button. No such animal on the help page or the main page. Where do I find that button?

The menu button looks like three horizontal lines on top of each other. Some call it the hamburger.
Press the Alt or F10 key to bring up the toolbar. Then Help > About Firefox will tell you what version have and check for updates.
