Is firefox offering tv viewing online?
I just had a web page show up offering from Firefox free online tv viewing, this page appeared to be an official page but when pressing the download tab, Firefox Blocked it and said it was a risk? is this a fraudulent site pretending to be part of Firefox?

Mozilla the maker of the desktop Firefox for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux does not have any form of streaming services for Tv shows or such.

Thank you for reaching us. Firefox itself does not offer any service for watching TV online.
If this is shown periodically and not on certain websites only, please check programs installed in your computer, add-ons in Firefox if there's nothing malicious. Running an antivirus scan will be also good idea now.
Just curios, do you know the exact link of the window, so we can report it?

Look in your History Manager and see if you can find the link.

Ahh. That is the name of the website. Not related to Firefox.
