QR-code dont show

Where are you expecting to see the QR code and what QR codes . . . Do you mean on the sites you visit not actually Firefox.. Did you recently update, could it be that?

I'm also experiencing this problem, and I'm also in Denmark. I'm seeing the problem with one specific app (I suspect that identifying it may fall into the 'sensitive information' category).

I first encountered the problem several days ago, but because I thought it was a temporary hiccup, I didn't pay much attention to it, so cannot say with certainty when it began.

Firefox, my OS, and my iOS (I'm on a Mac and using an iPhone) are up-to-date, and both units are the same ones I've been using for a long time.

I contacted customer support for the app in question, and was told to use a different browser; though this does work, I'd really prefer to stick with Firefox.

Is this about MitID? There are some weird issues reported for that: support.mozilla.org/questions/1602140

Yes, the problem is with MitID; when I use this app, the QR code doesn't show. If I move the cursor over the area where the QR code should be, the cursor disappears, so presumably the QR code is somehow present but invisible. MitID's suggested solution is to use another browser, which I prefer to not do.

Can you try after restarting into Troubleshoot Mode (from Help menu), and/or signing in using a Private Window, to see if there's any difference? Thank you!
