Feedback - Sidebar - Notifications
I just received a toast from a sidebar app. Unsolicited notifications are the fastest way to get me to dump your app. I recommend Mozilla implement user-level control to disable notifications from sidebar apps. In theory, Mozilla is already supposed to be respecting my preferences on notifications. I have authorized notifications from only one website, and it wasn't the one for which I received this notification. There's a disconnect there.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Share ideas and feedback…. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.
If you are actually referring to small popups on the bottom right corner of Firefox window then those are Web Push Notifications for sites you have allowed to send you notifications. Instead of useful information some sites may instead send you junk, spam fake virus/trojan alerts etc. You can revoke these sites as shown in send link below.
