I have a Toshiba 64-bit laptop running Windows 10 Home, 8gb memory, 1T hard drive.

When I download a video, (I've only tried videos from Youtube), when I look at the download screen, it seems to be working. It shows a media.tmp and a media.mp4 file as downloading. I don't know why there are two files or why they are named the way they are. When they finish downloading there is an error message that says the following. I copied the entire error message below in case it might help.

Basically it doesn't work but it seems to right until the very end. I tried a couple of things before asking this question. First, I rebooted but that didn't help. Then I removed the Add-on, rebooted, and then installed the Add-on again. But it is still having the same problem. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this? I went to the homepage for the add-on and it referred me to this forum. Thanks for your help.

Hi

Add-ons for Firefox are developed by a large community of third party developers. I recommend you contact the developer of the add-on in question which should be able to support and/or fix the software the have produced.

The dedicated support page for this add-on can be found here.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.
