my e-mail page that lists my e-mails has a panel on the left side which is blank. It should contain my inbox, sent, drafts, trash, and saved folders.

Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:
- Clear Cookies & Cache
- Clear the Network Cache
- Make sure that you are using the "Remember History" setting as described in this article -> Settings for privacy, browsing history and do-not-track

May not be related to your problem but some of your Firefox Plugins are out-dated, so you need to Update them. Just go to the following link:

- When Downloading Plugins setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, etc.)
