first it started with fox tab not showing up on the address bar. Now right click does not work for opening new tabs. a new tab opens in a new window over the window i was just in. can't go back.

I did notupdate anything, howcan i reset to defaults?? cant open ff in safemode, doesn't give me the option

To open Firefox in safe mode go to menu Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled...
