we had to renew spyware which I believe was a newer version. We never had any problems running spyware and moz. before now. Oct. 31 2010 was when we added renewed spyware. about the same week we started having trouble with moz. crashes before opening. We downloaded newer ver. moz. still having problems. Help!

Can you give me the Crash Report ID by opening Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox and going to about:crashes in the Address Bar?

Also if no reports are submitted, try disabling addons one by one to figure out which one is causing the problem.
