Why can't I select anything in Amazon Prime Video ONLY? I can login to amazon and click on anything and it opens but when I click on Prime Video or try refresh nothing happens?
Why can't I select anything in Amazon Prime Video ONLY? I can login to amazon and click on anything and it opens but when I click on Prime Video or try refresh nothing happens? I went to HBO and watched several programs just fine. Prime also let me purchase severals things fine. I can move the cursor in Prime Video to different areas but nothing happens when I try to select it. Then if I try to go back or refresh nothing happens. So I open a new browser and go anywhere else like HBO or even open Amazon again fine. Cache and history cleared. Very odd. Any ideas?

Hi,
By "new browser", do you mean a new Firefox profile or a completely different browser? Please note that there's a known issue affecting Amazon Prime video playback in Firefox 158.0, which should be fixed in 159.0 (coming out in a week). Meanwhile, you can download Firefox Beta or Nightly and check if the issue is fixed for you there.
