Who is your email provider?

That's a message from your them - Thunderbird is just relaying it to you. The message is pretty clear: the provider thinks you have reached your quota of messages per period of time, according to their policy, and that you will be able to send again after that period of time has expired.

Either that, or you are sending a message with more addressees then they allow.

Both of those policies would be set by them as spam prevention measures.

29 September 2026 Policy-SC01 I have this problem when I used a Mailing list to send to a number of people. I found a workround method was to enter the addresses separately. Then the message appeared to go. I would prefer to be able to use a Mailing List.
