hangs during open
"every time I try to start Firefox (after it has been shut down for say?15 minuets, may be less ) it just hangs up and will not open my main home page. If I open another browser, Brave or Microsoft they go directly to my home page. If I log off my computer and then back on to my computer then the Firefox browser will open up my main home page. I have no idea what I have done to make this act this way.

Logging off computer ? how i.e is the computer still powered and hence has remembered settings
Have you tired a Windows [Restart] not [Shut down]
I have tried windows restart , and Firefox opens correctly after that but when I leave the computer on and quit the internet and after several minuets my screen goes dark ,like sleep mode when I come back and move the mouse and try to go on the internet Firefox hangs again... I do have a little program called cleanup that I run and then it ask after it finishes if I want to log off , If I say yes then my computer reboots I think is what its called then I can click on the Firefox icon and it opens correctly.
