Why is DeviantArt blocked in the browser?

The main link you posted works fine. I didn't register so didn't log in, but I can access the content

I'll check from iPadOS in a bit (would you mind sharing the exact iPad model and iOS version?)

This feels like something their app is responding with, would you mind showing the full error of theirs? Thanks.

I can open the page linked, and click about a bit ("forgotten password", "forgotten username" and such, linked from that signin panel), not getting any blocks. Tried a few iOS devices on different networks using 18.6 – 26.4, so it doesn't look it's browser–specific per se.

Might be just worth removing any cookies and site data from the protections pane for this website, if they've saved something in past that they don't understand now.
