Why do I keep getting error messages on certain webpages?
I continually get error messages for webpages. I turn off my VPN, clear my history. Not sure what else I need to do. Last one was the webpage for Lindt Chocolate. Come on. Why am I getting error messages for this? I have been on this page before. There are other places also, like Macys. Getting fed up with Firefox.

These are messages I get so far:
Home Depot's webpage says: Oops!! Something went wrong. Please refresh page Refresh does nothing.
Lowe's webpage says Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.lowes.com/weekly-ad" on this server.
This is very annoying. Help
Lowe's & Home Depot are blocked by Akamai, some previous threads are here:

(Macy's falls into the same bucket, FWIW.)
This is however something else, the "54113" code is another provider, most likely Fastly — and they basically outright block based on IP address or geographic region, e.g. even in other browsers when trying to access www.lindtusa.com from search results, I first get the "403 Forbidden" I'm attaching: … and only on subsequent visits I'm allowed in. That's their providers, deciding who to serve, and who to reject. 🤷
