Unable to reach mediical portal sites to set up accounts; message says may be blocked by firewall.
Firefox is not allowing me to reach links to medical portal websites to set up accounts saying they can't reach the site and perhaps a firewall is blocking it. I have other accounts on this same portal... HELP please.

A screenshot would be nice. Are you running any security software besides MS Defender? Windows home or pro?

Am running Malwarebytes (whose VPN has been turning on and off on it's own...), and CCleaner; but I have other accounts on these same portals with which I am having no issues. Also, why do I get a message that I can't make changes because my 'computer is being controlled by your organization' when I am an individual with one PC? I am ill; a widowed senior with severe vision, speech, and other problems, who spent thousands of dollars in the past several years on professional tech support that only made things worse. MS updated my previous Win 10 Pro PC to Win 11 even though I had updates paused. Carbonite's backup system completely jumbled my backups when we tried to install the recovered files on a new Win 11 Home PC. I had their entire backup cloned onto a large external hard drive and NOTHING is where it was supposed to be; and there are lots of empty folders! I don't know where to get REAL help... Then there's Quicken!!!&%$@! I spend much of my time at the doctor and don't know how to cope any more. Sorry about no screenshots. I'm usually so frustrated, I forget, and can't remember where to go to get them.
