Until about FF 130.x it worked with this:

  1. navigator-toolbox[inFullscreen="true"] #PersonalToolbar { 
 visibility: unset !important;

Then it worked with this:

root[inFullscreen] #PersonalToolbar[collapsed=false] {visibility:visible !important;}

And now with 147.x? BTW: How can you exclude code here?
